To help you feel comfortable and confident in exploring your career challenges and developing solutions, we provide a safe environment and a collaborative coaching relationship.

Our warm, supportive setting makes it easier for you to receive and act on feedback designed to help you enhance and improve your professional process. The goal is growth, and that means taking effective, specific action to improve professional skills and move toward career aspirations. In addition to dedicating our careers to professional and executive coaching, we are licensed psychologists capable of attending to underlying challenges of a psychological nature you may be struggling with (e.g., anxiety, self-esteem, family issues).

Our real-world clinical and career experience allows us to treat you as a whole person rather than just focusing on career challenges. Whatever professional goals you have, we understand that various obstacles arise, and we are holistically equipped to help you push past them.

We tailor our coaching approach to meet your specific needs and goals, ensuring you receive effective, efficient support for the career challenges you are facing.

We may review your educational history, past work experiences, even past familial career patterns to create a framework to best support your unique situation. We’ll identify your specific challenges or experiences so we can collaboratively address your current needs and circumstances. We often use a cognitive behavioral approach to help us to address the places your feel stagnant or stuck and help you develop new skills and behaviors that can foster career growth. For couples work, we may utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach that emphasizes attachment processes that takes place between two people and how to heal those damaged bonds.

In our work together, we’ll set both short and long term goals. Creating measurable outcomes and timelines helps us focus our work, making our time more productive and you more accountable. While you may benefit from ongoing career coaching sessions, we understand that you likely have short-term goals or needs. As such, we shape your coaching program to meet you where you are in your career. Additionally, to accommodate your schedule, we offer weekend and evening appointments if needed.

For over 10 years, we have helped countless clients achieve their career goals.

But, despite our professional experience and being licensed to practice psychology in New York, there may be times when you need greater or more specialized care than we can provide. In these instances, and if you’re open to it, we’ll help you find a referral.
